Schroeder, born 1964, joined Open-Xchange in May 2008. She is responsible for finance, human resources, legal and internal IT.

She began her career at the Federal Association Of Free Social Welfare, Bonn. In 1991 she joined Micado, a national leader in software solutions for accurance companies.

After Micado was acquired by PMSC in 1995, Schroeder headed over to PMSC, where she stayed with her team also after CSC bought PMSC in 2001. She has long-term and wide-spread experience in accounting and controlling as well as in due diligence and post-merger integration.
