Martin, born 1973, is responsible for all customer facing professional services departments. This includes technical presales services, consulting services and support.

His team supports partners with complex deployments for hosting environments and large enterprises from presales through creation of the implementation concepts until the final implementation and successful launch.

Together with his team, Stephan Martin runs the Open-Xchange community program to make sure, that the community receives all information necessary to work on Open-Xchange projects.

Working with the feedback of the projects the team ensures that customer requirements are implemented by the Open-Xchange development team with a high focus on real life deployments.
