OX Dovecot Pro is composed of several components with different licensing. It includes the open source Dovecot Community and components under a proprietary license. For the benefit of its users, OX Dovecot Pro also includes repackaged 3rd party libraries, which some of the OX Dovecot Pro feature depend on.

• Zstandard compression (BSD-style license and General Public License, version 2)
   

Dovecot Community Edition - Licenses

• Dovecot Community Edition is LGPLv2.1 (see COPYING.LGPL) unless otherwise mentioned at the beginning of the file.
• src/lib/md5.c is Public Domain
• src/lib/sha1.c is Wide License
• src/lib/sha2.c is Wide License
• src/lib/UnicodeData is Unicode License
• Everything else in src/lib/, src/auth/, src/lib-sql/ and src/lib-ntlm/ is under MIT License (see COPYING.MIT) unless otherwise mentioned at the beginning of the file.
